The Remote(SaaS) plans are provided with a x.myclientexec.com subdomain by default. You can choose to have your Clientexec installation on a custom domain name which will turn x.myclientexec.com to x.yourdomain.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can request a full refund within 30 days. The Money Back Guarantee only applies to the Hosted Basic plan. The Pro plan is not eligible for refunds.
